- A 48-hour cancellation policy applies to all clinic appointments. Cancellations within this window incur a 50% fee.
- Birth support retainers are non-refundable but transferable to postpartum services if your plans change.
- Herbal products are prepared to order and cannot be returned. Please contact us immediately if an item arrives damaged.
- All information shared during sessions is confidential unless safety concerns require otherwise.
